Architectural Review Board (ARB)

The ARB is responsible for maintaining the harmony of external design and aesthetic in relation to the neighborhood, as described in the Sommerville Covenants.

Hospitality

The Hospitality Committee acts as a representative of the HOA in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere at neighborhood events, meeting, and in everyday life.

Neighborhood Watch 

Neighborhood Watch is a group of volunteers dedicated to working with the York County Sheriff's Office to help reduce crime and improve the community. They are a source of contact for homeowners who have concerns for neighborhood safety.

Welcoming

The Welcoming Committee greets and welcomes new homeowners and provides them with a small gift.

Beautification

The Beautification Committee is made up of volunteers who maintain and provide seasonal landscaping at the neighborhood entrance.
